Recently, a huge transaction was recorded and monitored on Binance where a Bitcoin whale purchased 1062 Bitcoins worth nearly $64 million.
This whale buying this huge amount of Bitcoin is not new, as the total amount owned by this whale has exceeded 10 thousand Bitcoin, which is worth more than 600 million dollars at the time of publishing this article.
The large transaction from this whale confirms the interest of major investors in Bitcoin.
Going back to the current market situation (at the time of publishing the article), the price of Bitcoin is still trading around the $60,000 level, which represents an increase of 0.5% in the last 24 hours.
As for the total market value of Bitcoin, it reached $1.19 trillion, which represents 54.2% of the total value of the crypto market as a whole, according to the Coinmarketcap platform.
